Ms. Weber joined the operations department of the Port Authority in 1989 after leaving Rivtow Straits Ltd., a towboat company operating along the length of the British Columbia coastline. She became Fraser River Port Authority's first environmental administrator in 1990 and managed a growing environment department over the next decade. In 2002, she was appointed Vice President, Operations.

"From the beginning of her career at the Port Authority, Pat has led by example and inspired staff to go the extra mile to respond to our domestic users needs," said Captain Allen Domaas, President and CEO of the Fraser River Port Authority. "She has also cemented an understanding in Fraser River Port's communities that the Port Authority is approachable, reasonable, and responsive. It is due to Pat's efforts that we can truly stand behind our strong reputation and experience as a community partner."
