On December 12, 2001, a ceremony was held aboard the M.V. Peony to celebrate the
vessels maiden voyage to Fraser Surrey Docks, a general cargo terminal on the Fraser
River.

Fraser River Port Board Elects New Chair
The Fraser River Port Authority is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors elected
a new Chair and Vice Chair at their May 17, 2001 meeting.

Amended Harbour Due Fees
In accordance with Section 51 of the Canada Marine Act, this is notification that the
Fraser River Port Authority intends to amend Harbour Dues. The new fees take effect on
June 15, 2001.

Cargo shipments through Fraser River Port totalled 24,747,302 tonnes in 2000 compared to
25,606,428 in 1999.
